    40 year old mother of two, three months after breast lift with implants using Allergan high profile saline (salt water) 240cc implants filled to 270cc. Implants were placed below the muscle (dual plane) via an infraareolar (below the nipple) approach as patient's request. Before she was an A cup, After she is a small C cup.
