    This 72 year-old woman came to see us with concerns about her aging face. Specifically, she was unhappy with the changes in her neck, jaw and upper lids. Her surgery consisted of a SMAS rhytidectomy with platysma plication, bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty and autologous fat transfer to central face and malar area.
