23 year old requesting augmentation with pectus excavatum chest deformity

    This 23 year old woman felt very self conscious about the appearance of her chest, with small breasts and a deep depression in the breast bone. She was treated with augmentation with a 300cc mod plus smooth round silicone implant on the right and a similar 250cc implant on the left.
