Posterior Resin Filling placed after removing Amalgam & Recurrent Decay

    Patient presented with a large old, leaky amalgam filling that allowed bacteria to leak under, causing recurrent decay. After removing the existing amalgam and all recurrent decay, the tooth was prepped for a resin tooth colored filling that was bonded into place.
