    The Problem: This woman had her silicone implants for a few years and decided she would prefer smaller implants.
    The Solution: Her silicone implants were removed and replaced with smaller ones, using the same crease incisions and same pocket beneath the muscle. She started with 350 cc implants, and downsized to 210 cc implants.
