This 56 year old patient desired to minimize the size of her breasts and achieve more perky breasts with a natural look. At her consultation, it was determined she would be a good candidate for breast lifting with a smaller implant. She is currently 3 1/2 months post surgery and has bilateral 270cc silicone gel breast implants.
