    After enduring two previous, ineffective Rhinoplasties with other surgeons, this patient sought out Dr. Oleh Slupchynskyj. She expressed concern about a bulbous tip and low bridge. Dr. Slupchynskyj performed an Open Rhinoplasty, reshaping the tip with septal and auricular cartilage grafts. The dorsum was also elevated through a combination of cartilage grafts, in addition to a custom-carved silicone implant.
