    59 year old woman who underwent a mastectomy of the left breast following a diagnosis of breast cancer. Post Op: Patient elected to have immediate reconstruction with a tissue expander. The tissue expander was removed after full expansion was reached, a permanent silicone implant was placed, and nipple areola reconstructed.
