    This is a 40 year old, 5 foot, 7 inch, 148 pound woman who had undergone a gastric bypass and lost 95 pounds prior to plastic surgery. She then underwent a lower body lift with abdominoplasty and a breast lift with augmentation. 350 cc smooth, round saline implants were placed beneath the muscle and she had a short scar breast lift to improve her overall contour. Post-operative pictures are from 1 month after surgery.
