Breast Augmentation with Sientra Implants and 24 hour Recovery Protocol

    This patient had a breast augmentation with Sientra cohesive gel implants. The implants are round, textured, moderate profile 410 cc Sientra implants. This size was chosen by sizing her in a bra with sizers preoperatively as well as comparing her breast and chest dimensions to the dimensions of the implant. She had a periareolar incision and subfascial or subglandular placement of her implant. She also followed the 24 hour recovery protocol.
