    23 y/o African American Female who wanted to raise her bridge, refine her tip and narrow her nostrils.

    My three tiered approach to African American Rhinoplasty was used inserting a custom carved SLUPimplant for bridge elevation, refinement of the tip using septal cartilage grafts and narrowing the nostrils in a horizontal and vertical dimension.
