    She had a very thin skin so adding any cartilage graft would be very easily show specially on Radix,we repaired the damaged alar cartilage ,trimmed the anterior 1/3 of the caudal septum to rotate the tip and used a small bag made from Temporalis fascia filled with diced cartilage pieces from conchal cartilage.
