    This 27 year old female complained of back and neck pain due to her large breasts. She also noted shoulder grooving and difficulty find appropriate bras and clothing. A vertical breast reduction with inverted "T" scar closure was performed removing over 1 pound of tissue from each breast. Height: 5'7". Weight: 155lbs. Preoperative cup size: 40D. Postoperative cup size: 38B. Her 3 month postoperative photographs are shown.
