This 28 y/o mother of two children did not like the saggy look of her breasts after breastfeeding. She desired a breast lifting procedure to reduce the size and improve the "perkiness." A vertical mastopexy (breast lift) with inverted "T" scar closure was performed. Height: 5'2". Weight: 112lbs. Preoperative cup size: 34D. Postoperative cup size: 32B.
