This 70 year old patient had Sculptra injected to restore lost facial volume 3 months after her face lift surgery. This provides a more balanced natural appearance. Less surgical lifting was required as the sagging that developed from loss of facial volume was addressed by replacing this lost volume with Sculptra. This will make her face more gravity proof and prolong the surgical results.
