Woman opts for Removal/Replacement of Breast Implants & Breast Lift

Patients considering cosmetic breast surgery often tell us they like the look of their breasts-in a bra, but want to have the same appearance (or lift) without one. Often, they will want to achieve the look with Breast Augmentation alone. This patient has had saline breast implants for a number of years. She has noticed some sagging of her D cup breasts, and wants to replace the current implants with larger, silicone implants. Dr. Lepore advised that switching to a larger size would not produce the Lift she wanted. After careful consideration, the patient decided to undergo a combination of procedures; short scar Breast Lift, removal of saline implants, Breast Augmentation with high profile silicone implants. (500cc Allergan Natrelle). The after photos were taken about 2 months after the surgery.
