33 Year Old Breast Revision Patient

    This is a 33 year old, 5'5", 153 pound woman who previously underwent breast implant surgery. She did not undergo a lift (mastopexy) and, as can be seen in these pictures, her breast implants did not achieve an attractive shape to her breasts because breast implants do not lift sagging breasts. Therefore, she underwent a mastopexy or breast lift procedure. She also wanted to change her implants to slightly smaller ones, so her 420cc implants were removed and replaced with smooth, round 397cc silicone gel implants. Notice that on the side view before picture that her breasts are falling off of her implants giving an unnatural, unattractive appearance. After the lift, her shape is much improved. Her post-operative pictures are from only 3 weeks after surgery. Scars will lighten and almost disappear over the next 18 months.
