    This 40 year old mother of 3 was interested in breast augmentation surgery. She desired to have natural looking breasts with emphasis on cleavage. She confidently underwent breast augmentation surgery receiving silicone implants of 495cc in her left breast and 465cc in her right breast to achieve breast symmetry. She is currently 5 months post-op.
