This 29-year-old woman presented after multiple previous breast surgeries done elsewhere. She originally had saline implants placed beneath the muscle, but these were later changed to a subglandular postion. Her main concerns were rippling, asymmetry, and poor implant placement. The revisionary breast surgery consisted of removing her subglandular implants, recreating symmetric subpectoral pockets, and reinforcing the repaired pocket with SERI silk mesh to maintain implant position long-term. The patients original implants were 420cc saline, and were replaced with a 475cc high-profile silicone implant. The preexisting periareolar scar was used for access. Photos show her early result at 7 weeks, with much-improved symmetry and shape. She is 5'2" and 112 lbs, and wears a 32DD bra.
