This 30-year-old woman came to us for correction of her significant breast asymmetry, which had been a concern of hers since puberty. She was an A cup on the right, and a relaxed B on the the left. She chose saline implants, and Dr. Wolfe corrected her asymmetry with a vertical mastopexy on the left and a circumareolar mastopexy on the right. Implants with different profiles allowed the patient to achieve similar breast width with a larger implant on the right. Her right is a high-profile implant filled to 395 cc, while her left is a moderate-profile implant filled to 310 cc.
