    This is a 50-year-old woman who wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. She wanted fuller, more youthful breasts, so elected to undergo an augmentation with a mastopexy. Her implants are 420cc low profile silicone. She is 5'2" and 183 lb, and went from a 38D to a 38DD. Photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
