Revision Rhinoplasty to Fix Alar Retraction

    This patient had a rhinoplasty in the past where to much cartilage was removed. This resulted in retraction (lifting) of the nostril and a "pinched" looking nose. She also had a hanging collumela. Dr. Steiger repaired her nose with a revision rhinoplasty.
