    This patient is a mother with school aged children who wanted a "mommy makeover" type procedure. She underwent a tummy tuck for correction of the excess skin and muscle loosening and a breast augmentation for correction of the loss of breast tissue. She had the submuscular placement of 360 cc saline implants inserted through a breast crease incision.
