Revision Facelift and Filler

This patient had her first facelift 6 years ago.  As she continued to age her main concerns were skin laxity around the jawline and neck area, as well a hollow cheek area. When she was ready for a revision facelift she wanted to make sure she found a facial plastic surgeon that could help her achieve her result while keeping a very natural look.  Dr. Kevin Sadati performed his Natural Lift, a lower face and neck lift procedure, under local anesthesia and oral sedation.  During the procedure he also used some filler to help with the hollowness in the patient's face.
