Belly Buttons after Tummy Tuck Surgery

This 49-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), and liposuction. Because of her autoimmune disease, which attacks her metabolism. The patient cannot control her weight gain, even with diet and exercise. In order to achieve her desired look, I performed an extended tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks, lower back, and posterior thigh. The patient is 4-months post-op surgery.
