    This 40-year-old patient has had gastric bypass surgery and has lost over 100 lbs, after her quick weight loss, the skin was unable to bounce back and the patient was left with loose skin. In order to achieve her desired look, the patient is now 2-months post-op arm/upper body lift. Saline breast implants was used, filled to 770cc's in both breasts.
