    This is a 40 year old mother of 3 who underwent a Mommy Makeover to get her pre-pregnancy body back. Dr. Wolfe performed and abdominoplasty, liposuction of her flanks, and a breast augmentation with vertical mastopexy (breast lift). Her implants are 330cc low profile saline, and are subpectoral (under the muscle). She is 5'2" and 135 lbs, and went from a 34C to a D cup. Photos were taken 5 months after her surgery.
