This 37-year-old presented with a desire for mastopexy (breast lift). Like many women, her breasts were asymmetrical, during surgery 225 grams were removed from the right breast, and 400 grams were removed from the left breast. The patient was pleased with the size and shape of her breasts without augmentation so no implants were used. Having the mastopexy procedure has encouraged her to increase her fitness level. After surgery the patient has continued to lose weight, but her breast size has remained constant. No further surgery is expected to be necessary.
