This is a 45 year old mother of two who had undergone gastric bypass surgery 2 ½ years ago in which she lost 130 pounds. She came to us with her concerns of significant skin excess around her abdomen, buttocks and thighs as well as bilateral breast ptosis (sagging). We preformed a circumferential abdominoplasty/lower body lift, bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and finally, a breast augmentation to improve her breast shape and increase her breast volume.
