    This is a 23 year old, 5'3", 120 pound woman who underwent a breast augmentation with mastopexy (breast lift) in order to fill out and lift her breasts. She chose 475 cc, smooth, round, high profile silicone implants placed behind the pectoralis muscle. Post-operative pictures are from 4 months after surgery.
