    Patient is a 44 year old woman who has lost breast volume and firmness since pregnancy. She states that she is a B cup but feels that her breasts have become more droopy. She is happy with her size and does not want to be significantly larger. I recommended a peri-areolar mastopexy and breast augmentation.
