    29 y/o female had bilateral mastectomies for carcinoma of her breast. She was BRCA positive and underwent chemotherapy prior to her mastectomies. She wore a 34C bra. She underwent immediate bilateral reconstruction with a DIEP flap for her right breast and a muscle sparing free TRAM flap for her left breast. The pictures shown are one year after her reconstruction surgery.
