Extra Large Breast Augmentation, Revision Breast Surgery, Saline Overfilled Breast Augmentation

This 23 year old was interested in breast revision surgery after being left unsatisfied with her previous breast augmentation. The patient wanted to achieve an extra large breast augmentation and to achieve better symmetry. She has overfilled saline implants to 1280cc on the right breast and 1350cc on the left. The patient is now 2 years post-op.
