    This 56 year old woman had structural fat grafting of the peri-orbital area, peri-oral area, lateral face, and jawline, syringe fat aspiration of supra-nasolabial fold area, high-SMAS face and neck lift, corset platysmaplasty with complete low division of platysma, bilateral upper blepharoplasty, bilateral lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival fat reduction, subciliary skin flap with orbicularis tightening) and lateral canthopexy.
