This 37 year old woman had Sientra Textured Shaped Classic Base Moderate cohesive silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle. The breast implants, sized 275 cc were placed under the muscle with an inframammary fold incision. She went from a bra size 32 A cup and is now a 32 B / C cup.
