Full Eye Rejuvenation - Upper and Lower Bleph with Fat Grafting and CO2 Laser

This 38-year-old female had received under eye filler for years and it was starting to make her look puffy. We dissolved the filler and performed full eye rejuvenation - including volumetric upper bleph (skin removal and fat transposition), scarless lower bleph, fat grafting to the upper lids, lower lids and midface, and CO2 laser.
