    This patient underwent a high tension tummy tuck for massive weight loss in her 40s. She then consented to a second stage lifting of the buttocks by a lower back waistline approach (called a BELT LIPECTOMY). Results following elevation of the buttocks which also contoured the back of the hips and thighs restoring a more natural buttocks for age.
