This woman had saline implants placed above the muscle in her past which tend to look a little bit more unnatural. She developed sag almost immediately. The breast lift with breast implants surgery that Dr. Shah performed involved doing a breast lift, removing the breast capsule - which holds the implants in place, placing the implants under the muscle using silicone high profile 550cc implants on both sides. The after pictures are 4 months after surgery.
