Rhinoplasty - Secondary

This patient had undergone a previous rhinoplasty and was interested in improving the shape of her nose. She also felt that her chin did not balance the rest of her face.  As a result, she underwent a secondary rhinoplasty using ear cartilage to help reshape her nose and a small chin implant to help better balance her face.
