Mommy Makeover

This set of mommy makeover before and after photos features a 38 year old white female 5’ 4” 155 lbs. She has had 2 c-sections. The first one became infected and the wound seperated. She had two areas of concern. First one being her breast. Her bra size was a 36 C with mild glandular ptosis. She wished to be full definitely in the D cup range. The second area was her abdomen. She works out constantly and had a little bit of laxity above the umbilicus and a rigid scar from the C-section complication. In order to avoid a higher scar with the possibility of a small T she decided to proceed with a modified abdominoplasty with liposuction being fully aware of the limitations. In order to achieve her desired result she underwent dual plane breast augmentation utilizing a 400cc moderate plus smooth silicone implant and liposuction of the abdomen, hip, and flank area utilizing 3000cc of infuscate and removing approximately 2400cc. Her postoperative course was unremarkable and she was back to normal activities within the month. Four months postoperatively she has healed nicely. The breasts are fuller, natural appearing, and the glandular ptosis is somewhat improved. She has achieved her desired bra size. Her abdomen is flatter with a better contour to the hips without undergoing a full abdominoplasty.
