This 35-year-old woman opted for right nipple-sparing mastectomy for treatment of her breast cancer. She wished for larger and fuller breasts than her preoperative, and decieded upon immediate tissue expander breast reconstruction. At the second stage of her reconstruction, her tissue expander was exchanged for right round silicone gel implant. She also had fat grafting to her right breast as an outpatient procedure following her second stage in order to improve contour and increase size and shape of her reconstructed breast following her reconstruction as well as implant placement in her left breast for symmetry, size, and shape. This simple fat grafting procedure utilized fat from her abdomen via liposuction and was subsequently reinjected into her breast for contouring. Postoperative photos show her reconstructed breasts with her implant breast reconstruction.
