This patient had lost over one-hundred pounds after bariatric surgery. Her weight loss resulted in deflated breasts as well as a fold of tissue on the side of her chest. She underwent breast augmentation and an extended breast lift to correct the breast shape and chest laxity. She is shown here 3 months after her procedure with improved shape, size, and appearance of her breasts and chest.
