    33 year old woman, bra size 34 B, 5'4" tall, 110 lbs. She was unhappy with her breast size and shape. She had a 225 cc saline implant placed beneath the muscle, and a periareolar (doughnut, or Benelli) mastopexy. The after pictures were take about a year after her surgery.
