This 48 year old patient had a right breast cancer several years ago treated with a skin-sparing mastectomy and implant reconstruction by another surgeon. She later developed a new left breast cancer. A left nipple-sparing mastectomy was performed by her cancer surgeon. I performed implant reconstruction of the left breast and revised her right breast reconstruction for better shape and symmetry.
