    This is a 44 year old patient from Bonita California, interested in breast enhancement and tummy tuck for several years. After having her children she could not loose the weight she gained during the pregnancies. She wanted the extra skin and fatty tissue removed from her abdominal area. She is now 6 months post op abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with 510cc saline implants.
