Breast lift with implants and abdominoplasty procedure by Mary Lee Peters, MD: This patient is 44 years old. She has 2 children, ages 4 and 9. She works out actively, is a marathoner and is in training for her first Iron Man competition. She finds she cannot tighten her abdomen no matter how fit she remains. A tummy tuck, breast lift and breast augmentation were elected for to undo the “wreckage” of pregnancy. Patient is shown at 4 months following surgery.
