    Asian Rhinoplasty using rib cartilage with diced cartilage fascia graft to augment the very flat retrusive nasal height (bridge). This is a 1.5 year result. Tip was projected and refined using ear and septal cartilage. Nostrils were reshaped and narrowed but careful to preserve the natural contour so an artificial appearance is NOT created.
