Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift Surgery (Asymmetric Breasts)

This 31-year old housewife from Bakersfield, California was interested in breast augmentation and breast lift surgery (mastopexy). The patient expressed that her right breast was smaller than her left. In order to achieve her desired look, I perform breast lift (mastopexy loli-pop incision) on her left breast, and benelli lift (around the areola only) on the right breast, with saline breast implants filled to 500cc on both breasts for a symmetric look, made by Mentor Corporation. The patient is now 1-year post-op surgery.
