Breast Augmentation with Silicone Gel Implants

This 35 year old patient had had multiple breast procedures performed by multiple doctors. Currently, she has silicone gel implants placed over the muscle with340cc on the right and 360cc on the left. She was unhappy with the size of the right side and wished to be larger. She also wished to release the scar tissue on the left (the left implant was higher than the right). The current silicone gel implant were removed and replaced them with 400 cc silicone gel implant on the right and 450cc silicone gel implant on the left.
