This 32 year old San Diego patient was not happy with her body proportions. She was not able to get rid of the excess skin and adipose tissue around the abdomen and her breasts had decreased in size after pregnancy and breast feeding. She is now 5 months post-op breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery. She has smooth, round 375cc saline implants placed under the muscle.
